So what is Synergistic Training?  A program that teaches you how to work with your horse and your horse how to work with you.  Each lesson consist of 2 instructors, Bob Keen, Sr and Fred Shoffner of Shady Oak Ranch.  One instructor concentrates on your horse while the other instructor concentrates on the rider. 

 

Bob Keen, Sr has been a show judge and horse trainer for over 45 years therefore he understands what judges are looking for in a show ring.  He understands how your horse reacts to your cues and what your seat, legs and hands are telling your horse. 

 

Fred Shoffner has been breaking and training horses for over 30 years and will concentrate on your horses performance.  He works helping the horse understand and respond correctly and consistently to your cues.  As a Level 5 Mounted Shooting expert with the CMSA he certainly understands the importance of a quiet and confident horse.

 

Class size is limited to 5 horse and rider combinations and each pair is analyzed and deemed to be a good fit prior to the first lesson.  So whether you are getting ready for the show ring or trail riding this program is for you.  Let us make you and your horse a successful combination.  Give us a call, space is limited.
